Hailing from Srikaranpur in Sri Ganganagar district, Rajasthan, Dr. Pensiya comes from a disciplined and education-oriented background. His father’s service in BSNL played a significant role in shaping his values.

Journey to the Indian Administrative Service
Dr. Rajender Pensiya began his professional career as a teacher in 2005 & had a brief tenure of three months as a Block Development Officer. He secured an impressive 8th rank in the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) Examination (2011).
With determination and focused preparation, he successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2014, securing an All India Rank of 345 & joined the Indian Administrative Service (UP Cadre) on 7 September 2015.
